enjoyable stay but minor improvements needed
The stained glass window in our room added a beautiful touch. Service was attentive, making check-in a breeze. The sea view from the side window was relaxing, perfect for enjoying morning coffee.

this hotel is really chic and the location is perfect for exploring brighton! sandy was super helpful and made me feel right at home. the decor is awesome and my room had all the amenities i needed for my stay. plus, the key system is very easy, no worries of losing my key. definitely gotta come back for some more 'me time'!
i had a little trouble with the shower not staying hot long enough and the breakfast selection could have been better.

the hotel's location was super close to the seafront, just a couple of min walk. kyle sorted out our room mix up really quick and was super apologetic, so nice of him. the bed was comfy and room was clean, had everything we needed. the breakfast was fresh and delish, good quality ingredients.
the room was a bit small and pricey for what we got. wish there was a little more space to chill out.

Had a fantastic stay with friends in a charming room that featured cozy beds and a kitchenette to whip up snacks. The terrace was perfect for unwinding, and the shared lounge had a delightful vibe for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just wished the bathroom had a bit more space, but it didn't take away from the overall experience! 🏡

The two double rooms provided excellent privacy with separate facilities and a kettle for hot drinks. The location was ideal for attending nearby venues, complemented by a very kind staff member who assisted with our bags. Cleanliness was a strong point, and the thoughtful touches like hand lotion and complimentary biscuits enhanced our stay. the compact room size was a bit limiting, and the bed could benefit from better pillows.

Charming Ambiance in a Peaceful Spot
Delightful stay in a cozy loft room. The thoughtful host provided an upgrade that made our family closer together. A late checkout for my dad. The wet room design offers convenience, though keep an eye on those shower splashes! Ideal for short breaks in Brighton.

good location but could improve room decor
The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the station to the beach. The staff welcomed us warmly and were always ready to assist.
The room decor felt a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh.
